Teflex is universal water based polymeric anti-microbial material suitable for the cleaning and protection with long lasting effect of surfaces of a diverse nature such as concrete, brick, wood, textile, leather, metal, tile, glass and plastic against bacterial and fungal contamination. It has potency against bacteria in the range of lower then 10 parts per million of regular water. It is colorless and odorless with a PH close to neutral.
Since Teflex shows its activity against some pathogenic and symbolically pathogenic micro organisms already at concentrations as low as 0.007 % it allows for the lower working concentrations and for savings of funds. Extrapolation of the laboratory tests results indicates that Teflex may retain its activity as long as 15 years. In contrast to many other d ...isinfectants Teflex is not selective to any particular kind of microorganism. It kills all types of bacteria, fungi and viruses tested so far.
Teflex is a dual purpose product that can be used effectively both to eliminate already existing microbial contaminations and to prevent such contaminations in future. Teflex is a co-polymer that is not corrosive, totally odourless, and colorless and does not change the physical properties and colors or breathability of the treated surface. A micro organism cannot become resistant to Teflex. Teflex is very safe to use and harmless for the environment. PH of Teflex is almost neutral.
